The owner of slot machines decides the amount which will be paid by his machines.Therefore some casinos are better than other ones.Local gamblers know where to try their luck with less lost money.You do not see them at City of Dreams but in some areas of other well known casinos,I was told.
Is there,similar to Las Vegas,a study ranking the casinos by their rate of returns (from 95%,the best, to...)?
